Dr. Brown and Dr. Snapp completed 13.1 miles in the inaugural Nike + Women’s Half Marathon. By participating they helped in raising over $18.5 million dollars for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
The Park Cedar Dental Team participated in the 2007 Komen Charlotte Race for the Cure. The race raised over $1.2 million dollars to help end breast cancer forever!
Park Cedar Dentistry proudly sponsored Oysters on the Lawn to raise money for Project Pink House. Project Pink House is a vision of Carolina Breast Friends to create a unique respite center for breast cancer survivors.
See if you can find Dr. Sturm in the trombone section! He has played in the Charlotte Concert Band for over 20 years performing several times a year at Queens University. He also plays with the Stardusters, an 18 piece dance band since 2000.
Dr. Sturm is an enthusiastic bicyclist and has ridden in the MS 150, raising money to support patients with multiple sclerosis. On weekends you can find him on area roads or mountain bike trails.
